Here's a heroine from a new story I'm plotting called Graveyard Shift. Undead slayin' goodness.

Sassy with a few tricks up her sleave, Vanessah experts at researching the supernatural. Though very resourceful, she can be a clutz at times. For example: she's running away from the swarming undead and trips over her own feet, and loses one of her contacts, and she has very BAD eyesight. Not to say she's a ditz, she's rather intelligent, it's just misfortune likes her, that's all.
